Stay Nourished is what I drank during my whole pregnancy and also continue to drink in Postpartum! Inspired by a recipe from the wonderful Aviva Romm, this blend is tasty, mineral rich and soothing to the nervous system. It promotes a strong and healthy uterus for your little one. It is also perfect for right before and during menstruation.
I harvested these nettles as they came up in spring time around the Hudson Valley. They are packed with iron and minerals, supporting your blood, bone and energy levels.
Red raspberry leaf is a mineral rich uterine tonic that helps to nourish and strengthen the uterus. No, it will not make you go into labor!
Rose is a girls girl and has a plethora of ways that she is supportive during pregnancy. Rose is a nervine and euphoriant, supporting a calm and happy feeling in the nervous system. Rose also is a tonic for the breasts and uterus.
Mint gives this blend a refreshing and uplifting taste, while also supporting healthy digestion.

How To Use
Steep 1 tbsp in 8 oz of hot water for 6-10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
